What is the best way to prepare for a juice cleanse?

 

We recommend two days prior to your cleanse, make a gradual transition that is largely focused on plant-based foods. Our suggestion is to cut out animal protein and eat mostly salads and fruits, with some organic grains. Focus on eating as much fresh produce as you can as this will prepare your body for your cleanse.

 

What is the best way to come off of a cleanse?

 

Similar to preparing for the cleanse you want to come off of a juice cleanse gradually. Our recommendation is to have fresh fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, and soup/ broth for dinner. By gradually introducing cooked food back into your diet, your digestive system will have an easier time transitioning back to your eating patterns.
