When will my juice be delivered?

 

We will deliver your juice the same day that it is pressed. We strive to deliver the juice cleanse the evening before you start the cleansing regimen. For juice cleanses, we deliver 3 days’ of juice at one time; therefore if you are on a 5 day cleanse, you will receive 2 juice deliveries.

 

Examples:

 

• 1 day cleanse commencing on Friday

  • Delivered on Thursday between 5:00 - 9:00pm

 

• 3 day cleanse commencing on Monday

  • Delivered on Sunday between 5:00 - 9:00pm

 

• 5 day cleanse commencing on a Friday

  • 1st delivery: Thursday between 5:00 - 9:00pm

  • 2nd delivery: Sunday between 5:00 - 9:00pm

 

What if I am not at home?

 

Your juice will arrive in a box containing an insulated bag with cooler packs. We suggest that you try to be home during the aforementioned timeframe to ensure the juice is not left outside for an extended period of time.

 

If you live in a building with 24-hour concierge service your juices may be left with them or can be left in front of your door if the building allows.

 

If you live in a building without a concierge, the driver can call or buzz you and your shipment will be left outside of your apartment door.
