At Mamásu we utilize a high quality, industrial grade cold press juicer to make our gourmet juice products. Our process of extracting juice from fresh produce is slow, natural, and wholesome. Our commercial hydraulic press juicer utilizes a two-step method that slowly grinds the vegetables and then applies 9 tonnes of total force to extract the nectar from the pulp.
When fruits and vegetables are juiced using our machine, they won’t oxidize or degrade the fruit and vegetables as quickly as conventional methods. Additionally more nutrients and enzymes are kept intact since there is no heat produced during the juicing process.
Cold pressed juice is simply the closest thing to raw, pure fruit or vegetables, and allows you to get a concentrated amount of nutrients that would otherwise be difficult to achieve just by eating raw fruits and vegetables alone.
We juice out of our commercial kitchen in Calgary to provide you with the freshest, local, raw, and cold pressed juice on the market. We never juice until the day of shipment to keep your juice nutritionally in tact and loaded with nutrients!
